As Jewish State Honour "Democratic Court", "Islamic Court" Calls Fellow Islams Kaafirs

The Israeli government voted to appoint an Arab Muslim to the cabinet for the first time in the history of the Jewish state.
"Raleb Majadleh", was inducted as the first Arab Muslim in the Israeli Cabinet. The Deputy Prime Minster Shimon Peres told AFP, "time has come for an Arab minister in our cabinet. I hail the decision."
However, some Arab lawmakers, condemned the appointment of Majadleh, who replaces former culture minister Ophir Pines-Paz who quit last October in protest at the addition of Lieberman’s party to the coalition government.
Raleb, "the 53-year-old lawmaker said that his appointment is a right step in the direction of equality. "The first step has been taken and this has given Israeli Arabs a feeling of belonging," told Israel's Army Radio.
Israeli Arabs are descendants of the 160,000 or so Palestinians who stayed in their lands after the Jewish state was declared in 1948.Arab-led parties account for 10 of the seats in the 120-member Israeli parliament.
Contextually, rather more ironically, the erstwhile "The Islamic Court of Somalia", in it's new form and naming itself, "the People's Resistance", in an Iraqi style video postings, warned the occupiers of further bloodshed and war...... urged Somalians to unite,......."
"In an Audio tape released by some of the major Somali Islamic scholars currently in Madiina Saudi Arabia, declared any one who helped the Ethiopians in their aggression against the Muslims to be kaafirs (non Muslims) and should be fought the same," as Ethiopian and the Somali presidents agreed to 'peace talks', to form a new government after meeting with the EU and the Arab league, during the African Union summit there.
Speculative rumours are being aired that, they privately threatened to withdraw their recognition of the government if the presidents did not agree to a new government involving the 'Islamic courts' and the 'Islamic loyalist parliamentarians led by the speaker of parliament Shariif Hassan' who are self exiled in Djeabuti.
"The Islamic Court", earlier for the first time in as many weeks issued a press release to Muslims affiliated websites. experts of the press release is translated in English:
"We would like to inform the Somali people that the entire heads of the Islamic courts are safe and well, today Somalia has suffered an aggression from three different places"
1. America with its intelligence, training, funding, helped the enemy to occupy our land, they also added with war from air, land and sea.
2. The enemy Ethiopian that was sent to conquer the land
3.Kenya who helped with sanctions on political, border activities and handing Ethiopian opposition prisoners to the Ethiopian enemy.
"We would like to tell the Somali people they are under foreign colonization and we in the Islamic courts and every individual is our duty to fight these modern occupation"
"We are announcing to the Somali people that we no longer recognize the puppet "government" who have brought Somalia historic enemy to our lands"
"We in the Islamic court are still fighting in the Jubba regions and the attacks that are taking place in Mogadishu"
"We will continue to fight with our wealth and soul until our land is free from enemy occupation and colonization."
When more and more people everywhere , are asserting their wishes for a peaceful 'world order', the 'religious intolerance', shown by a few people of one particular Religion, through such 'venom-injecting', seductive instigation of their people, can certainly not augur well for that.
Nation and it's Nationality are unfortunately, mostly tagged with their religious misleadings, through misinterpretations of some 'self-proclaimed fanatic-heads', and/or 'dogmatically- conservative' Religious heads.
Just 5 days ago, in Egypt, the "Grand Mufti", Sheikh Ali Gomaa , succeeding Muhammad Sayyed Tantawy, said in an official Fatwa or religious edict, that was published Saturday by leading state daily Al-Ahram, that Islamic Sharia (or Islamic law) bars women from becoming head of state.
"If by political rights, we mean the right to vote, stand as candidate or assume public office, then the Sharia has no objection to women enjoying them, but a woman cannot serve as head of state."
Adding further he said, womens' conduct of their political rights must not break "the ethical laws of Islam", and that they should not therefore "take off the head scarf, deck themselves in fine clothes, or be alone with men who are not their husbands or close relatives."
How cynical and dogmatic, that too the "Grand Mufti" can be !!
Look how the same "Grand Mufti", is contradicted, by moderate public interpreters of the same religious group who add in the same article, "The Muslim cleric’s Fatwa however shouldn’t be misinterpreted as considering Muslim women inferior to men." !!!
They go on to put the Fatwa of their "Grand Mufti(!)", under the carpet pleading(or cajoling !),
'Men and women are both subject to Divine Retribution which is equal for the capacity of each. The Holy Qur’an stresses this in multiple verses."
The spiritual equality between men and women for instance is reiterated in verse 4:124, as follows:
“As for those who lead a righteous life, MALE OR FEMALE. while believing, they enter Paradise; without the slightest injustice”
and again in 16:97
"Anyone who works righteousness, MALE OR FEMALE, while believing, we will surely grant them a happy life in this world, and we will surely pay them their full recompense for their righteous works.”
and yet again in 40:40,
"Whoever commits a sin is requited for just that, and whoever works righteousness - MALE OR FEMALE - while believing, these will enter Paradise wherein they receive provisions without any limits."

Then who should the confused 'global Islamic community', follow to ??

And when shall there be a true 'tolerant synchronisation', between "Words and Deeds",of our fellow global Islam-Brethrens ???

May God Enlighten them with 'Tolerance,Compassion and Sense for True-Judgement' !

Asian Terror Cells raided in Philippines and Indonesia

In a simultaneous raid as a part of 'war against terror', five wanteds were arrested , one killed
while five others escaped , a joint sorce of Al Zazeera and agencies reports.
"Security forces in the Philippines and Indonesia have conducted raids on the hideouts of suspected Muslim fighters, killing one and arresting five."
While in Indonesia, police arrested two wanted men in Sulawesi province, injuring one of them, Sanjali Uttoh, been linked to several bombings in South-East Asia, was the prize catch of the Philippine raid. Police said he has alleged ties to the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) , a Muslim separatist group with whom the government is trying to revive peace talks.Uttoh's aide, Mohammed Uttoh Ampatuan, was shot dead after fighters opened fire on troops using rubber boats to storm an island in Laguna lake, about 40km from the capital, Senior Superintendent of Asher Dolina said.
Dolina said on Friday: "For the past week we have been monitoring this group. This group is composed of former MILF special operations group and we have intelligence reports that this group teaches the Abu Sayyaf in bomb-making."
"In Indonesia, the two men arrested, Basri and Adrin, are believed to be the leader and second-in-command of a gang behind 14 cases of violence in Poso, in Central Sulawesi, including the beheadings of three Christian girls in 2005 and assassinations of Christian clergy."
Muhammad Tahir, a Poso police spokesman, said the group had links to Jemaah Islamiyah, a South-East Asian network blamed for attacks including the 2002 Bali bombings that killed more than 200 people.
"They have the mission to make all of Poso Islam," he said.

One beheaded, two killed in Thai....

YALA, Thailand (Reuters) - Suspected Muslim militants beheaded a Buddhist man and shot dead two civilians in southern Thailand on Sunday as an uprising shows no signs of abating.
The head of the 40-year-old farmer was found next to his body and that of his 35-year-old wife at the entrance of their rubber plantation in Yala province, police said.
Both had been shot and a handwritten note next to the bodies said, "We shall kill all Thai Buddhists," they said.
In the same province, a 74-year-old man was shot dead while riding his motorcycle, police said. Two teenagers, also on a motorcycle, had shot the man.
On Saturday, suspected militants shot dead police Sergeant-Major Pak Petmalai, 47, as he headed for work at a station near his home.
Militants in Thailand's Muslim-majority three southern provinces, a Muslim sultanate until Bangkok annexed the region a century ago, never claim responsibility for attacks, nor have they set out their aims.
In the 1970s and 1980s, guerrillas fought a war for independence in the region, where most people speak a Malay dialect and feel few connections to overwhelmingly Buddhist Thailand.
More than 1,900 people have been killed in three years of violence in the south and peace efforts by the country's new military rulers have had little impact in curbing the unrest.
